Chainlink CCIP is a cross-messaging protocol released on the mainnet in September 2023. It can be used on 6 different chains (EVM only). Chainlink has been on the Web3.0 market for years, and offers solutions that have already proved their worth. Which makes it a perfect candidate. Chainlink secures its network with an independent secondary network called the "Risk Management Network", which monitors the main network for anomalies.
